We are thrilled to announce our 11th annual Superhero 5k and Wellness Fair on Sunday, May 5th at Rose Tree Park! Join us for a 5k (you can walk, run, and bring your pet, if you’d like!), half mile horseshoe race for 5-12 year olds, and a 100 yard dash for the 5 and under friends. It’s a super fun way to spend your morning and we’ll share prevention skills, build awareness of substance misuse, and share a variety of mental health and wellness resources. The race supports CGRC’s ability to provide vital substance misuse prevention and behavioral health services for over 4,500 children and adolescents across southeastern Pennsylvania.
