Our Programs

Programs built around real needs.

CGRC offers more than 15 programs across the full spectrum of mental and behavioral health — from outpatient therapy and in-home family support to residential care, autism support services, school partnerships, and beyond. Our programs are evidence-based, delivered by licensed professionals, and designed to meet people where they are.

Whether you're taking a first step or navigating a long journey, we have the expertise and the heart to walk alongside you.

Outpatient Therapy

The foundation of mental health care — flexible, individualized therapy for children, adolescents, and families. We offer individual, family, and group therapy alongside psychiatric evaluations and medication management, all delivered by licensed clinicians in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Most families begin here.

Autism Support Services

Our CREATE program is a year-round therapeutic community for children and young adults ages 3–21 on the autism spectrum. Small groups led by master's-level therapists focus on social skills, emotional regulation, and communication — helping participants build confidence and independence in a setting designed around their strengths.

Psychiatric Services & Medication Management

When therapy alone isn't enough, psychiatric support can be a critical part of the picture. CGRC's psychiatry services include psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children and adolescents, integrated within our broader care model so every aspect of your child's treatment is coordinated and consistent.

In-Home & Community Services

Sometimes the most effective care happens outside the office. Our in-home and community-based programs bring therapists and support staff directly into families' lives — at home, at school, and in the community — where real challenges play out and lasting change takes root.

Educational Services

CGRC partners with schools and school districts across the region to bring behavioral health expertise directly into educational settings. Whether a student needs in-school counseling, a more therapeutic classroom environment, or year-round support to maintain their progress, we have programs designed to help them succeed academically and emotionally.

Adult Residential Programs

For adults living with serious mental illness who need structured, round-the-clock support, CGRC operates several residential programs across Delaware County. Each is staffed 24/7 and designed around safety, dignity, and personal growth — helping residents build independence, stay connected to their community, and live meaningful lives.

Prevention Programs

The best time to support mental health is before a crisis. CGRC's prevention programs take a proactive approach — reaching youth, families, and communities with education, skill-building, and support that reduce risk and build resilience. From substance use prevention to parenting workshops and family strengthening programs, we work to keep families healthy before challenges escalate.
