Our in-home and community-based programs bring therapists and support staff directly into families' lives — at home, at school, and in the community — where real challenges play out and lasting change takes root.

Our In-Home & Community Programs

  • Incredible Years: Early Childhood Behavioral Health Initiative

    This program helps parents and caregivers of children ages 0-8 identify and address early emotional and behavioral concerns.

  • Triple P

    A 10-session, evidence-based parenting program that gives caregivers practical strategies to manage difficult behaviors, strengthen family bonds, and create lasting positive change.

  • Truancy and Delinquency Partnership

    A free, school-based program that pairs students and families with a dedicated clinician to address the root causes of truancy and help youth re-engage and succeed.

  • Blended Case Management

    A dedicated case manager works alongside your family to coordinate care, connect you to the right services, and help navigate the mental health system with confidence.

  • Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST)

    An intensive, in-home therapy for teens ages 12–17 with serious behavioral challenges that works across family, school, and community to create lasting, meaningful change.

  • Functional Family Therapy

    A short-term, evidence-based therapy for youth ages 11–18 that focuses on restoring trust, improving communication, and equipping the whole family with skills that last.

  • Family Based Services

    Therapists work directly in your home, school, and community to strengthen family relationships, build lasting communication skills, and support your child’s long-term mental health.
