CGRC’s SCRR serves adults ages 18 and older who have been diagnosed with a mental health condition and may also be managing significant medical needs. Unlike our general CRR programs, SCRR provides specialized, small-scale residential care with more intensive supports for individuals with complex medical or higher-acuity mental health needs. The goal of the program is to provide a stable, supportive living environment that meets basic needs while fostering skills for greater independence and quality of life.

Our SCRR program operates using a trauma-informed, person-centered philosophy. Care plans are individualized and goal-oriented, developed in collaboration with each resident. Our team’s role is to encourage growth, monitor safety, and provide the support necessary for residents to achieve meaningful and realistic independence.
