CGRC Professional Development Center
Mental health professionals face growing demands, yet many continuing education options remain generic and disconnected from real-world practice. Built on decades of trauma-informed, community-based work with vulnerable children and families in complex systems, CGRC recognized a critical gap. Professionals wanted meaningful education that reflected the realities they face every day, but the CEU landscape was dominated by surface-level, one-size-fits-all offerings.
The CGRC Professional Development Center (PDC) was created to meet this need. Led by experienced clinicians and educators, PDC delivers evidence-informed continuing education that is practical, affordable, and immediately applicable to frontline work. These courses build real skills and clinical judgment that strengthen both professionals and the systems that support children and families.

We center the systems surrounding children and families, including schools, community mental health agencies, and faith-based organizations. This systems-level lens sets our programming apart from individually focused CEU models.
Where Behavioral Health Meets Real Life
Our curriculum addresses high-impact topics professionals encounter today, including postpartum depression, non-suicidal self-injury, suicidality, and first-episode psychosis. Courses combine live, interactive webinars with on-demand home study options, offering flexibility without sacrificing rigor. We reach professionals nationally through NBCC and APA-accredited webinars, while in-person training serves local and regional partners.
