For Adults
Recovery and stability for adults.
CGRC serves adults living with chronic mental illness, those navigating life transitions, and individuals who need structured support to live with greater independence and dignity. Our adult programs include community residential rehabilitation, offering safe, staffed housing and skill-building for those who need it most — as well as outpatient services for adults managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other challenges.
Recovery is possible. A meaningful life is possible. We're here to help you get there.
